GHM Partnership is an architectural consultancy. We pride ourselves on understanding our client’s needs with a tailored personal and reliable design service.
GHM Partnership offers a full range of services from inception to completion. Whether it’s a hand drawn sketch or a full BIM intergraded model we seek to guide our clients through every development stage with offices in Hertfordshire and Yorkshire covering projects throughout the United Kingdom.
GHM are an RIBA Chartered practice and CHAS accredited designer.

A bespoke architectural service to meet your needs.
Following the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 our services can be tailored to suit your needs. GHM provide either partial or full services covering all project stages from inception to completion including:
Brief Preparation, Feasibility Studies, Planning Advice and Bid Support.
Concept Design including Stakeholder Consultation, Planning Pre-Application Enquiries and Outline Applications.
Developed Design with project team coordination, management and full planning submission or listed building consent applications.
Technical Design.
Either as Lead Designer or just provision of architectural services GHM have over 40 years providing technical services especially to the housing industry across the UK. BIM Level 2 compliant our architectural team will prepare fully coordinated information for statutory approvals and tender. In addition our Principal Designer services offer clients support to meet their obligations under the CDM Regulations 2015
